About the Book:

My Review: Be the One is something of a self-help book, and it wasn't exactly what I thought it would be like. I liked how Mr. Ambroselli still hopes for a revival in America, because though things are dark a revival is still possible, because everything is possible with God. But I would add to that, and say that it's not like this world is going to last forever either, it will inevitably end. Not that it will end now, or that it couldn't.
I liked how Mr. Ambroselli talked about, changing the culture from the inside out. Because that is truly the way to do it. And we as individuals can make a difference in the world around us.
Something that I really had a tough time with in this book was how so much of this book focused on what we could do to fix ourselves, and our own problems. It might have just been the way it was said in the book, but either way I think it could have been said better. So in essence, I would argue that God can use us to fix the world as He sees fit, but that we can't fix ourselves, God does that. We need to rest fully on God's grace, and His wisdom to work things out as He sees fit.
Overall, Be the One! was a book I would hesitate to recommend, though I agreed with alot of the points I wasn't so sure about the underlying theme.
I received this book from the publisher through TBB Media in exchange for an honest review.
