Review:
The second in Ms. Fisher's Inn of Eagle Lake Series, Bethany Schrock is back to stirring up trouble after almost running off with Jake Hertzler.
Jimmy Fisher is determined to finally have Bethany see him as more than just a friend, but when a figure from her past comes into her life it is time for her to make a choice.
A delightful tale sure to put a smile on your face. As I had missed the first in the series I had some catching up to do, but I was ever so pleased to find that was following Bethany and Jimmy who were side characters in the Stoney Ridge Season Series! Mainly because Jimmy had been a favorite of mine from the previous series, and since he didn't end up with M.K. I loved reading the rest of his story.
Bethany is a terrific heroine full of life and spunk! I liked her immediately, and after reading this one I plan to go back and read the first in the series :)
Overall, a charming tale of friends, faith, family, and growing up.
