The Promise by Glorious Films Review + Giveaway!

My Review:

A well written musical that so accurately brings to life the events surrounding Jesus' birth. Some of the songs were taken word for word from scripture! I could tell that the makers of this film paid close attention to detail really thought about what it would have been like back then going through what they did.

Zacharias was portrayed in a fun way, because he couldn't speak for quite some time, and I liked how they had fun with that in a tasteful way.

Overall this was a lovely production that did a fantastic job portraying Christ's birth and with well written melodies song in beautiful melding harmonies that evoked the emotion of Christmas. My favorite part was when the angels appeared to the shepherds and then they went to sing to Jesus and tell the town.
I would definitely say that this would be a movie worth seeing.
