The Cowboy's Reunited Family by Brenda Minton ~ Review

The Cowboy's Reunited Family

Lucie's Review:

Blake is the oldest of the Cooper boys. He may be a lawyer, but he is still a cowboy at heart. For 10 years he has been searching for his wife and daughter, he doesn't know why Jana left him, and all he wants is to see his daughter again.
Jana left so many years ago because she was in a bad place emotionally, and after she left she was afraid to come back. But now Lindsey is very sick, and Jana is willing to do anything for her daughter, even if it means turning for help to the man she left so many years ago.

There hasn't been a Brenda Minton book that I haven't loved, and this book is no exception! The plot was excellent and the characters interacted realistically well with each other. There were also great  themes of faith, family, and facing your past.

Blake was a great hero, and even though he struggled with forgiving he was a great father to Lindsey, and encouraged her to forgive as well. He always treats Jana well, even though he struggles with their past together. I thought that Blake was just a terrific cowboy hero, in pretty much every way :)

Overall, this was a well written, engaging read right from the start, and if you know me you know that there isn't a day that I don't love reading about all my friends in Cooper Creek ;)
Another fantastic book from Brenda Minton, definitely recommend!
