Lucie's Review:A rich old man leaves leaves a treasure buried on a mountain, posting clues on the internet, sending a flood of treasure hunters into the Colorado Rockies, one of them is Maya Gallo's younger brother. Maya goes after him, and quickly finds herself in the murderous crosshairs of a group of very intense fortune hunters.
Deputy Alex Trevino is a mounted patrolman, working in the Rocky Mountains. He sees Maya in danger and offers his help in finding her brother, things escalate quickly and they soon find themselves fighting for their lives!
A fast paced adventure set in the dangerously beautiful mountains of Colorado, where the lure of treasure is strong, and family ties are tested. Filled with action and unexpected twists. I admired Maya for her strong faith and her fierce love of her brother, Alex has grown in his faith since moving to Colorado.
Brady is a very open and friendly person, he knows that he is different from the other kids. He loves puzzles and hunt lures him more than the prize.
Great characters, intriguing plot, with a treasure at stake. I enjoyed the setting and the characters, this was an enjoyable read.
