Review:
Based on a true story this film tells the story of Brycen Newman, a highschool athlete diagnosed with a advanced type of brain cancer.
An uplifting and inspiring movie about the faith and support of a community and Catholic school as they rally around Brycen throughout his journey. An engaging film that brings to life the powerful story. I especially liked Ed and Marilyn, their hearts for others and the community. Ed is a gifted man who has a hard time slowing down in his retirement, and I loved his willingness to go the extra mile for others.
Overall, this is a heartwarming and inspiring film, great for families to watch together. At first as we were getting to know the characters I wasn't sure how they would all connect, but it was fun seeing it all come together. An inspiring film, based on the even more amazing true story!
