A collection of 4 novellas, all centered on the Birch Point Lake Park's food truck plaza.
While the 4 stories all take place within yards from each other, I was surprised by how little interaction there was between the trucks and the stories. I'm a cozy mystery fan, and I liked the premise of the collection, as well as the Christian themes of the stories, but had some trouble connecting to the characters and the stories. I especially liked the grandma in the story about the doughnut truck!
Overall, this wasn't my favorite novella collection. I feel like as a whole it would have been really fun if we had seen more friendships between the trucks and helping each other out through their hardships.
