Every Girl Get's Confused by Janice Hanna Thompson ~ Review

Every Girl Gets Confused (Brides With Style, #2)Lucie's Review:

Katie Fisher is working at Cosmopolitan Bridal in Dallas, Texas and living with her Aunt Alva. But she still manages to make many trips home to Fairfield, to help with her grandmother's wedding to the Presbyterian Minister.

Brady is still managing his mom's bridal shop as he takes a break from basketball, but as time passes and his knee isn't healing as quickly as he would like he wonders what the future holds.

With a Doris Day themed wedding in the works and combating bad press the bridal shop has been receiving, not to mention Katie's ex-boyfriend Casey who wants to get back together, what's a girl to do?

The second book in a series, this book follows Brady and Katie in their bridal adventures. I like how Katie has a good relationship with her parents and how she trusts God with every season of her life.

I loved how every chapter of this book opened with a Doris Day quote, my favorite one was: Wrinkles are hereditary, parents get them from their children.

Overall, a great read filled with faith, family, and funny moments. I loved how it had characters of all ages, and lots of inter-generational interactions, and wonderfully entertaining and enjoyable read!
