Love Is Patient Romance Collection: True Love Takes Time in Nine Historical Novellas

Lucie's Review:

9 couples find love worth waiting for, in this Western novella collection.

I liked the way that August turns his life around after becoming a believer in The Spinster's Beau. I loved his joy and how he wants to share the change with his friends.

To of the stories are about sisters who become mail-order brides in Wyoming and they work along side their husbands, to make their marriages work.

In A Birthday Wish, Gladys helps out an older gentleman and meets his handsome grandson.

Three friend finds love in Cactus Corner, and help the children in the orphanage. Funny moments and missed communications make these stories delightful reads.

I liked how teamwork often played a huge role, like in Hope's Dwelling Place, where Amelia and Hank work together to keep his niece and nephew from the orphanage.

Harvest of Love was my favorite, and I liked how Calvin comes up with a way to help Libby, in return she teaches his girls to cook and clean.

Overall, this is a lovely collection of great stories about being patient in love. Great for fans of Prairie Romance.
