Review:

Incredible circumstances bring about a second chance at love and redemption. 

An engaging story that grabbed me right from the beginning in this Southern romance of faith and forgiveness. I loved reading this story seeing both sides of the story and how both Joy and Davis reacted differently to their situations. I loved how supportive and wonderful Davis's friends are, many of whom may be familiar faces for readers of the previous books in the series. 

Davis has changed a lot since coming to faith, and I loved how good he is with Hank, giving him structure and a male role model. 

Overall, this was an engaging and compelling story of forgiveness and faith, with moments of humor and excellent character interaction throughout. Joy is a wonderful mother, doing the best that she can for her child. A powerful story of second chances, and faith. Highly recommend!

She grew up in Mississippi and received a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Mississippi. She has served as a children’s minister and a church youth volunteer. An avid reader, she worked as a librarian at a large public high school. She writes humorous inspirational fiction for people with real lives and real problems.
