Review: A modern-day marriage of convenience.

Childhood friends agree to a marriage of convenience after Trinity loses her job as the school librarian due to budget cuts, and the passing of Omar's mother-in-law, leaving him without someone to care for his young daughters Faith and Joy. Heartwarming, and at times humorous, this sweet romance was enjoyable from beginning to end. I loved the great character interaction, tight-knit small town community, and Omar's adorable daughters.

Well developed characters, with a believable situation, and I admired the fact that both Omar and Trinity took their vows seriously and were in it for the long haul. I liked how supportive the towns people were of their relationship, I liked that the Fire Chief encouraged Omar to spend more time with his wife, and how Trinity's mom was so excited to be a grandmother.

Overall, a highly enjoyable romance of convenience, I loved that they were friends first, had strong faith and were committed to their relationship no matter the outcome. Faith and Joy were well written and I liked that they had their moments of not being perfectly adorable all the time. An enjoyable love story, well worth the read.
