Johanna's Bridegroom by Emma Miller ~ Review

Johanna's Bridegroom
Lucie's Review:
Will Joanna and Roland get a second chance at love?

A mistake many years ago, convinced Joanna to break off their engagement, and tore them apart. But now, marriages later, both of them widowed, will they be willing to give love another try?

I loved how there was a wonderful sense of so many characters with so much going on in the lives of the side characters, with their big families. Joanna and Roland had some great, meaningful conversations and it was actually quite humorous how they beat around the bush about their feelings for each other.

I liked how this book dealt with two people who had married other people, but God gave them another chance to be together again.

Overall, a sweet Amish romance, with good characters, and a message of second chances. I hadn’t read the previous books in the series, but I did notice that it kept up with the characters, yet it didn’t make it hard for me to keep up with the story at hand. But if you’ve read and enjoyed the previous books, I would think that you wouldn’t want to miss this new installation J

I received this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. Thanks!
