A sweet Christian romance about new beginnings and God's timing.
The second book in a series, Melanie Bennett and Daren Morris met a year ago, but working through guilt and grief the timing wasn't right. As Nashville shimmers in preparation for Christmas, will Melanie be able to embrace the future in God's timing?
A sweet Christmas romance about God's faithfulness and timing. This was an enjoyable read, with strong Christian characters, I enjoyed their interaction, and Daren is pretty much the perfect man, with a stable job, strong faith, and he cooks!
A pleasant read, I liked it, but I felt like it had a lack of conflict that surprised me, because everything was going great, and I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and it never really did in the way that I expected, and at times it felt more tell than show.
Overall, this was a sweet Christmas read, with strong faith, and likable characters.
I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
