Lucie's Review:
The title of this book comes from the name of a store that sells second hand toys and books. Dan's wife started the store in order to help families during and after the war, but now Dan runs it on his own, after promising his wife that he would keep it running after her death.
Bev lost both her husband and her job, when she sees an add in the paper looking for a bookkeeper/shopkeeper. Dan offers her the job and even lets Bev's daughter Amy hang out at the store.
This is a sweet Christmas novella, filled with loveably heartwarming characters, people who have loved and lost and loved again. A story by best-selling author Wanda Brunstetter full of faith, hope and love.
